Project South demo (recommended for visitors): after sign-in you land in a shared workspace with pre-generated project data — Inbox conflicts, Direction, staged docs, and demo connections (including a sample Google Drive folder). This is the full North experience without wiring your own live APIs, so we can keep public usage and cost under control.
Your own workspace: an empty private project. Connecting real Google / Notion / GitHub is limited to judges, who unlock Connections for their own session only with the credentials listed on Devpost.
Live tool OAuth is separate from North sign-in and lives under Connections.
